DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY – WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I had the most disappointing experience with this supplier. I ordered a necklace and earrings, and what I received was NOTHING like what I asked for. The necklace was a completely different color from the picture, way too thin, and cheap-looking. To make matters worse, they sent me the WRONG earrings. Before shipping, I asked multiple times if the necklace was the right color, and they assured me it was. I even have screenshots proving it. When I reached out to complain, they simply told me I could return the items—but after spending $4,000, I expected much better service and quality. On top of that, the entire process took two months, which is unacceptable for such a high-value purchase. This company is unreliable, dishonest, and does not care about its customers. Save your time and money—don’t make the mistake I did. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
